The Sticky Wicket
LaGrange/Troup County tourism bureau came to R&R with the mission of developing a cohesive brand identity that would differentiate the city’s tourism arm from the Chamber. The aim was to provide the visitor-focused extension of the county a needed refresh, position it as a contemporary city and help generate greater awareness of the offerings that, in turn, could lead to an increase in overnight stays.

Through the creation of a cohesive marketing campaign, LaGrange has successfully repositioned its tourism efforts and captured the attention of its overnight target market. A confident and exciting messaging system was established and executed via vibrant communication materials including a new tagline, logo, visitors guide, ad templates and a responsive website. Each facet of the newly branded materials reflects the city’s many ‘wow’ factors, denoting the unique offerings and inviting the target market in a very action-oriented manner.
