The Sticky Wicket

Reaching the 10-year mark is a defining milestone, and SmarterSelect sought to celebrate its history while also enhancing brand awareness, showing appreciation for current customers and employees, and sharing the company’s culture with prospective clients. How could they communicate all this in a fun, approachable but still business-focused way?

The Awesome Sauce

  • An anniversary campaign focused on championing pride among employees, showing current clients how they’re part of the family and creating a stronger value proposition for prospective clients.
  • Swag (koozies, stickers) that is approachable and cool showed the personal side of the business while making it clear that you don’t get to 10 years without being innovative, trustworthy and ridiculously good at what you do.
  • A poly mailer and postcard touting the tagline “Smarter, Appier, Wiser” further spread the word about SmarterSelect’s celebration.
