The Sticky Wicket
In the midst of a global pandemic and social unrest, Core Property Capital’s team came to R&R seeking assistance in keeping their properties relevant, safe, healthy and kind. From outdoor shopping destinations to multi-level office buildings, the organization needed to provide consistent communication pieces to help educate the public on socially-distant outdoor events, health initiatives and tenant-first offerings.
The Awesome Sauce
- Branding and digital collateral pieces were created for two event experiences that were planned and launched within the first 60 days of our partnership.
- CDC guidelines were reproduced for easy-to-read and easy-to-understand in building signage to ensure best practices for health and safety during COVID-19.
- Three eblasts and 10 digital signs were developed as part of a “Kind Office” campaign to reinforce positive community/tenant interactions during the pandemic and global unrest.
