In two weeks, Rhyme & Reason will attend the Fraternity Communication Association’s Annual Conference in Atlanta and we are beyond stoked. The three-day conference offers vendors and FCA members the opportunity to participate in networking and educational events. Although it is our first time attending, we are fully prepared to showcase our services and capabilities at our vendor table, learn from leaders in the communication field and mingle with a great group of sorority and fraternity representatives.

Beyond the educational sessions that are the focal points of the conference, we will also have the opportunity to break bread at some wonderful Atlanta establishments and even cheer on our own designs during the awards banquet. Yes you read that correctly, not only will we be indulging in yummy southern fare, but also our work may receive shiny awards! Our friends at Alpha Sigma Alpha submitted the following Rhyme & Reason Design assisted creations for award recognition:

• Annual Report (Karen loves her spreadsheets and it shows in this design)
• Story packaging – Branding Article (My journalistic tendencies combined with Karen’s layout skills)
• Logo Design (Who doesn’t love the versatile badge emblem?!)
• National Website (easy-to-use and visually beautiful, exactly what every website should be, but we may be biased

Just writing out that list makes me excited!

We haven’t won anything yet and to be honest even if we don’t bring home the trophy, the Alpha Sigma Alpha designs have certainly accomplished their objectives of engaging, inspiring and igniting an amazing sisterhood. Will keep you posted on what we learn, who we meet and all the exciting details as the conference unfolds.
