Monroe-West Monroe Convention and Visitors Bureau of Ouachita Parish is an organization whose mission it is to attract conventions and tourists to the area. It acts as a resource for building and extending the community, while offering a centralized location for information and a platform for education. Additionally, the CVB develops experiences and supports the preservation of the local economy.
The Sticky Wicket
Hired in the fall of 2019, R&R was asked to help the CVB develop a comprehensive organizational rebrand. Through in-depth focus groups and discovery sessions, it was determined that most constituents were interested in seeing a modernized message and brand that would aid in unifying the twin cities and increasing positive perceptions of the area among young professional visitors and family-focused residents
The Awesome Sauce
Though the brand and complementary marketing pieces were set to launch in a big in-person unveiling in early 2020, COVID-19 put an end to the event. However, it did not stop Monroe-West Monroe from planning and executing an incredible virtual brand launch experience, complete with branded confetti.
